Oil from the Manzanilla Cacereña variety covered by the Gata-Hurdes Regulatory Council Certificate.

The Gata-Hurdes Regulatory Council Certificate and the unique identification of each packaged unit, guarantees the origin of the product and location in the Transformation Industry, in which strict controls on all process have to be met.

This Denomination is recognised by the Ministerial order of the 18^th of April 2001 and published in the European Union Official Bulletin in the REGULATION (EC) Nº 148/2007 of THE COMMISSION on the 15^th of February 2007.

It is obtained directly from the olives and only using mechanical processes, in accordance with the parameters set out by the European Regulation (EC) nº 701/2007 of the Commission.
